Fix For The Main Tab Being Empty

If you are able to access the Billing WorkCenter but your page looks like the image below then there is a likely solution.

  1. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right of the sidebar on the left of the screen.

  1. Click on “Personalize” in the dropdown menu.

  1. Uncheck the boxes under “Initially Minimized”, and click Save.

  1. Your Billing WorkCenter sidebar should now similar to the following:
